The hotel was clean and quiet, tucked into a side street off one of the busier street, right at the edge of the old town, with any shops you might need nearby and restaurants and bars. The room was roomy enough with a double bed as per our request, an ensuite and a coffee maker. It overlooked a large flat roof and backs of other buildings but we didn't mind as the sun and moon were both able to shine into our room, giving it space, lots of light and privacy ( rather than the indoor windows we have experienced in other places which give no light). The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had all we wanted and its hours were good (7-10 weekdays, later at weekends).

Location is great, staff very hands on and immediately responded to requests with professional attitude Special thanks to receptionist on check in which is doing outstanding job and delivers 5* VIP experience Housekeeping does amazing job, room was very well maintained on arrival and same on the rest days of stay. Public area shiny Room was spacious will lots of storage space Breakfast well organised, not a wide choice but activia was a nice touch not just the cheapest yoghurt which lots hotel do. The hotel is perfectly located and the room was very comfortable and featured a huge private terrace. There were some nice touches such as a coffee machine with coffee pods in the room. The staff was very nice and the hotel very quiet and well insulated despite being old. The lobby is very impressive and the overall style, while it is not the most modern, is quite nice.

Spacious + clean room. It was like a mini apartment with an entrance area separating bedroom from hallway. This is where shoe cabinet, closet + bathroom are located. Bathroom had double sinks + full bathtub. Location is VERY central; can walk to all the interesting sights. Many eating options right on the same street, but Plaza Espana + El Tubo close by, too.

Nice hotel in the centre of Zaragoza within a walking distance to the Old Town, Basílica & Plaza del Pilar and the Aljafería Palace. All hotel facilities were clean and tidy. The air conditioning in the room works properly. Nice bathroom with a complimentary wide range of toiletries. The staff are friendly and open to their guests' needs and wishes.
